Winston Chang

Principal

Winston Chang provides over 30 years of regional and international experience in multifamily housing, mixed-use, creative office, and retail design. Mr. Chang’s knowledge of design, project management and construction administration have earned his projects awards and recognition from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC).

From his perspective as a former partner at three leading architectural firms in Metropolitan Los Angeles, Winston has brought the best of each of these firms together in Next Architecture.  Over the last 5 years he has directed the design of over $1,000,000,000 of real estate.

A native Angeleno, Mr. Chang is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and is a California registered architect. He was formerly Planning Commission Vice Chair for the City of Palos Verdes Estates.
